Hide X cursor on kiosk (touchscreen)

Pass -nocursor to startx so the mouse pointer never appears on the\nOnefinity touchscreen. Patched in all three boot paths: rc.local.fast\n(active), legacy rc.local, and the setup_rpi.sh bootstrap.
